What we collect

When you send a detail request we receive your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle details, preferred date and time, and any notes you choose to add. We do not collect payment information on this website.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, confirm your appointment and provide the service. If you agree in the form, North Bay Detailing may contact you by phone, text or email about your request.

Who can see it

Gelver Diaz at North Bay Detailing. We use Cloudflare to host this website and handle requests, and an email delivery service to send request notifications. They process the data only to provide those services. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If cookie-free, privacy-friendly page-view counts are turned on, they do not identify you. While you fill in the request form, your browser may keep a temporary draft on your device until you close the tab.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and for our records, generally no more than 12 months in our request log. Email copies stay in the owner’s mailbox until deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. California residents have these rights under California law. Just contact us using the details below.
